About Costs, Payment and Ordering

  • How do we organise a Free Lavazza on loan Coffee Machine
    You can order a machine and your first order of coffee capsules on line at Espresso Point. If you prefer you can call 1800 800 255 and one of our sales/service team members can help you through the on line process
     
  • What are my obligations?
    You are committing to purchase 120 capsules every 3 months. These orders will be automatically sent to the address supplied. You can return the machine at any time – at no cost to you.
     
  • Will the machine I get be brand new?
    As the coffee machine is free on loan, you may received a refurbished coffee machine. All machines are refurbished by training coffee machine technicians.
     
  • What does a coffee cost me?
    A coffee costs .70c for a single shot. If you order double shot capsule the price is $1.00
     
  • How do we re-order our Coffee Capsules?
    Your standing order will be shipped to you automatically every three months. You are able to amend your order online at www.espressopoint.com.au and logging onto your account. Phone for assistance if you having difficulty 1800 800 255.
     
  • Can I order more frequently?
    You can log on to request your order be sent immediately - your next order will follow three months from that date.
     
  • Can I order more than one box?
    You can log on to request your order be increased but you need to order in multiples of a box (120 capsules) - your next order will follow three months from that date and will be the same as your last order.
     
  • Is the internet site safe to order from?
    Our site uses Nab Transact Internet facility and all credit card details are encrypted so it is safe and easy to use
     
  • How do we pay?
    We accept all cards. Visa and Master Card are free of surcharge however we charge 2.5% for Amex and Diners.
     
  • Does the machine require plumbing?

  • What varieties of pods can we purchase?
    We have six varieties of capsules to suite all tastes. Two of the blends of come in double shot capsules. The blends include a Rainforest Alliance blend and decaffeinated blend.
     
  • What is a double shot capsule?
    A double shot capsule lets you make a double strength coffee. A double is about 12grams of coffee.
     
  • Can we order mixed boxes?
    Yes all of our blends of coffee come in packs of 20 pods You need to order a minimum of 6 packs (6x20 ) to fill one box. You can order any combination of packs.

     
  • How quickly will we receive our order after payment?
    All orders which are placed and paid for prior to 2.30pm EST Monday-Friday will be dispatched that day. Most orders are delivered in three to five working days in all Capital cities.
     
  • Does the coffee machine make a mess?
    The pod/capsule system is very clean and thus requires minimal regular cleaning
     
  • Does the coffee machine make tea?
    The machine has not got a hot water function for tea

     
  • If the machine does not work what do we do?
    You may place a service request through the website or call on 1800 800 255 and most problems can be resolved on the phone.
     
  • Why use a pod/capsule instead of beans?
    The coffee is always freshly sealed in the pod and perfectly ground. This ensures a perfect fresh coffee with thick rich crema every time without fail. It also provides greater variety as different people can drink their preferred variety.

     
  • Do you need to sign a contract?
    By ordering a Free on loan One Touch Barista you are committing to purchasing 120 capsules every 3 months. You can return the machine at any time – at no cost to you.
     
  • Are there any costs besides paying for consumables.
    Freight is FREE for orders of coffee machines as well as any orders over $120. If you order less than $120 there is a $12.00 freight charge.
     
  • Are there any maintenance costs.
    As the coffee machine is free on loan, all machine maintenance and technical work required will be carried out by Blue Pod Coffee at no cost to you

    100% money back guarantee for coffee or coffee machines returned within 14 days of reciept: simply return your product and we will refund you the price of the goods, (excluding cartage) provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent.
     
  • How do I return an item?
    Contact Blue Pod on 1800 800 255. A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Number (RN). The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RN number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.

    As the coffee machine is free on loan, all machine maintenance and technical work required will be carried out by Blue Pod at no cost to you.
