How many coffees do I need to drink to keep the MilkLux "Free on loan"?

Two box every month = 10 coffees a day, based on a 5-day working week.

Can I keep the machine if I drink less?

Yes, by paying a rental of $49inc GST per month. There is no ongoing contract and you can cancel anytime, however, we suggest you swap to one of our smaller machines. There is no cost to swap.

How many coffees does the machine make from one tank of water?

It varies, approximately 30 coffees.

Does this machine froth milk automatically?

Yes, sure does. The Milklux comes with a doublewall milk flask for you to store your milk in. 

Does the machine require plumbing?

No, our machine has a water canister which you fill with a jug or you can take it off completely and fill under the tap.

Can I swap to a smaller machine if we can't maintain the volume?

Yes, there is no penalty or cost to swap - we are happy to keep you as a customer.

Can I swap to a larger machine if we outgrow our current machine?

Yes, you can change to a higher volume machine.

What are the dimensions of the coffee machine?

The size is W24cm x D44cm x H31cm.

What if the machine stops working?

We send a replacement machine immediately so to minimise your downtime without a coffee machine.

About Costs, Payment & Ordering

• Are there any other charges aside from the coffee and consumables?
  You only pay for the coffee you drink!
  There is no cost for servicing and maintenance the coffee machine / espresso machine.
   
• Is there a cost for freight?
  Freight is free of charge for orders over $120.00, so if you order 2 boxes (200 capsules) at a time there is no freight cost. One box (100 capsules) incurs a charge of $12.00
   
• Is there a contract?
  There is no ongoing contract. You need to sign the Terms & Conditions acknowledging the machine belongs to The Blue Pod Coffee Co.
   
• How do we order our first box of coffee?
  You are able to order online, by calling  phone 1800 800 255, faxing  1300 886 216 or by emailing us.
   
• Is it safe to order from your website?
  Our site is secured with a Geotrust QuickSSL certificate which ensures up 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security. Furthermore Nab Transact Payment Gateway facility ensures all credit card details are encrypted so it is safe and easy to use. Our staff cannot see your credit card details.
   
• Do you run accounts?
  In most instances we require payment prior to shipping our goods.
   
• Which credit cards do you accept?
  We accept all cards, however we charge a surcharge of 2.75% for Amex.
  Visa and Master Card are free of surcharge.
   
• Do you accept payment other than credit card?
  We accept BPAY, EFT and Cheques but these systems do delay the process by a day or two. However for online sign ups for EP MAXI and One Touch Barista we only accept credit cards.
   
• How quickly will we receive our order after payment?
  All orders which are placed and paid for by credit card prior to 2.30pm (Melbourne time) will normally be delivered by the following day in Capital cities.
   All orders paid for by BPAY, EFT or Cheque will take an extra day .

• How can I check on the progress of my order?
  We send you an email with shipping details when your order leaves our warehouse. This will allow you to track your delivery with the courier service.

About After Sales Service

• Do you offer any guarantee?
  We offer a money back guarantee for unopened coffee or coffee machines returned within 30 days of receipt. Call 1800 800 255 to arrange return of your product and we will refund you the price of the goods, (excluding cartage) provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent. Please note a 15% admin and restocking fee applies.
   
• How do I return an item?
  Contact The Blue Pod Coffee Co Pty Ltd on 1800 800 255. A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Number (RN). The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RN number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
   
• Do I need to pay for machine servicing?
  No, we service your machine for free provided that you are still buying coffee from us.

• Do you offer on-site servicing?
