Workplace Coffee Machines FAQ

Q) Are there any other charges aside from the coffee?

A) There is no cost for servicing of the  coffee machine / espresso machine. Freight is free of charge on orders over $150.00, so if you order 2 boxes at a time there is no freight cost.

Q) Is there a contract?

A) There is no ongoing contract. You need to sign the free use letter acknowledging the machine belongs to the Blue Pod Coffee Co. You will be required to purchase a minimum of  coffee pods / coffee capsules per month that relates to the requirement of that machine. 100 for the LB2XXX Series, 300 for the LB4100, 300 for the Colibri, 500 for the LB4700 and so on.

Q) What are the advantages of the Lavazza pod system?

A) The coffee in the pods are pre-ground and vacuum sealed so every cup is perfect and fresh.

Q) How do we order our first box of coffee?

A) We have a number of payment options in order to facilitate shipment. You are able to order online at www.bluepod.com.au , phone 1800 800 255, fax 1300 886 216 and email.

Q) Is the internet site safe to order from?

A) Our site uses an ANZ E- Gate facility and all credit card details are encrypted so it is safe and easy to use

Q) Do you run accounts?

A) No, we require payment prior to shipping our goods.

Q) Which credit cards do you accept?

A) We accept all cards, however we charge a surcharge of 2.5% for Amex and Diners. Visa and Master Card are free of surcharge.

Q) Does the machine require plumbing?

A) No, our machine has a water canister which you fill with a jug or you can take it completely off and fill under the tap - But we do have some versions that are either plumbed or tanked

Q) What varieties of coffee pods / coffee capsules can we purchase?

A) We have 8 varieties of  coffee pods /coffee capsules. Our most popular blends are the Intenso and Cafe Crema.

Q) Can we order a mixed box?

A) No all of our blends of coffee except decaf comes in multiples of 100  cofee pods /coffee capsules to a box. If you are ordering decaf then you can purchase in multiples of 50 if accompanied with an order of another complete box.

Q) Do you have decaffeinated pods?

A) We have one varieties of decaf .

Q) Is the steaming of milk automatic?

A) Some of our coffee machines require you to steam the milk using the steaming jug and thermometer provided. – Its easy. Other espresso machines / coffee machines have automatic milk frothers.

Q) Can the Lavazza Machine be used for hot water only?

A) Yes 

Q) How quickly will we receive our order after payment?

A) All orders which are placed and paid for prior to 2.30pm (Melbourne time) will be delivered by the following day in Capital cities

Q) Does the coffee machine make a mess?

A) The pod system is very clean and thus requires minimal regular cleaning.

Q) Do you have any other espresso coffee machines?

A) Yes we do have other machines depending on  your specific needs
