Our Return Policy is simple...

If you're not happy - we're not happy!

100% money back guarantee for coffee or coffee machines returned within 30 days of receipt: simply return your product and we will refund you the price of the goods, (excluding cartage) provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent. A 15% admin and restocking fee will apply.

We cannot accept return of opened packages of consumables

However please choose your items carefully as we will charge for the transport costs cost of refunds or exchanges. Items must be returned to The Blue Pod Coffee Co. (Vic) PTY Ltd, The Blue Pod Coffee Co. Australia PTY Ltd or The Blue Pod Coffee Company within (30) thirty days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. A 15% admin and restocking fee will apply.

Defective items must be returned to The Blue Pod Coffee Co. (Vic) PTY Ltd, The Blue Pod Coffee Co. Australia PTY Ltd or The Blue Pod Coffee Company within (30) thirty days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered.

How to return your item:

1.  Contact The Blue Pod Coffee Co. (Vic) PTY Ltd, The Blue Pod Coffee Co. Australia PTY Ltd and The Blue Pod Coffee Company Customer Service on: 1800 800 255 . A customer service representative will explain how to go about your return request, record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Number (RN). The Customer Service Representative will also provide you address details of where to send your return. You must obtain an RN number immediately so as to ensure that you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

2.  Send your item to the return address provided. Please ensure that your RA number is clearly displayed on the return packaging.

3.  As soon as the return has been received - a replacement product will be shipped or money less costs refunded.

IMPORTANT:

The return must be received by The Blue Pod Coffee Co. (Vic) PTY Ltd, The Blue Pod Coffee Co. Australia PTY Ltd or The Blue Pod Coffee Company within (30) thirty days of the RN number being issued.

Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by The Blue Pod Coffee Co. (Vic) PTY Ltd, The Blue Pod Coffee Co. Australia PTY Ltd or The Blue Pod Coffee Company.  All returns must have an RN number.

Any item that is returned to The Blue Pod Coffee Co. (Vic) PTY Ltd, The Blue Pod Coffee Co. Australia PTY Ltd or The Blue Pod Coffee Company without an RN number will be returned to sender.
