If you are happy with the coffee machine and coffee then you continue ordering. If for any reason whatsoever you need to return the machine you can do so without cost or penalty. All this with no contract and no rental.

LB4103 Clara (Tanked) and LB4104 (Plumbed)

The LB4100 group of Coffee machines are two group espresso machine / coffee machine manufactured by Wega. It is distinguished by its striking retro styling. It has a 3.8 litre internal water tank or can be plumbed. The machine uses a regular 10 AMP power point.

On one side there is a traditional steaming arm for frothing milk. However the coffee machine has a fully automatic professional cappuccinatore. Both coffee and milk can be dispensed at the same time. The cappuccinatore takes milk directly from the milk container transforming it into a thick creamy foam. The coffee pods / coffee capsules are placed into the group handle. The machine has the ability to use single or double pods. So the machine can make four coffees at once.

Even though the machine uses 10AMPs it is a very powerful machine which can steam milk, make the coffee and dispense hot water all at the same time.

The coffee machine has a large Lavazza Blue logo on the front to assist in marketing.

It is always better to plumb if possible as:

It is more convenient to use
The filter system on a plumbed machine is better resulting in less machine problems.
In some areas water quality can diminish the coffee quality so a in line filter is better

How many coffees do I need drink to keep the LB4103 0r LB4104 Coffee Machine "Free on loan" ?

Three boxes ( 300 capsules) every month . This works out to be about  15 coffees a day.

Is the machine tanked or plumbed?

This model comes in two versions - tanked or plumbed.

Can I keep the machine if I drink less?

Yes, by paying a rental of $70 + GST per month - There is no ongoing contract and you can cancel anytime. However we suggest you swap to one of our smaller machines. There is no cost to swap.

Can I swap to a smaller coffe machine if we can't maintain the volume?

Yes, there is no penalty or cost to swap - We are happy to keep you as a customer.

Can I swap to a larger machine if we outgrow our current machine?

Yes, you can change to a higher volume machine.

How many coffees does the machine make from one tank of water if we used the tanked version ?

It varies on the type of coffee you make but is approximately about 30 coffees

Does this machine froth milk automatically ?

Yes, the espresso coffee machine has a automatic milk frother as well as a manual steaming arm.

What is the dimensions of the Coffee machine?

The size is 56cm x 47cm x 41cm .

What if the machine stops working ?

We ether send a replacement swap machine or repair the machine on site depending where the machine is and the nature of the problem.
