If you are happy with the coffee machine and coffee then you continue ordering. If for any reason whatsoever you need to return the machine you can do so without cost or penalty. All this with no contract and no rental.

"Self Fill" or "Full Service" Vending Option

"Self Fill" option.

The customer, buys the consumables from Blue Pod.
The customer fills the machine
The customer is responsible for the basic cleaning of the machine.
As the customer does the work it is more economical.
The Blue Pod Coffee Company is responsible for the maintenance of the equipment.

"Full Service" Option

Full service is when a third party is responsible for filling, cleaning and maintaining the machine.
Blue Pod does not generally full fill this function ourselves as we have alliances with operators in the area who can do this job better.
This full service can be where staff or visitors pay for the drink via the coin acceptor or whereby you can be charged per drink.
Very often our vending partners can provide you with drink and snack vending as well.

*We can add a coin acceptor for both "Self Fill" or "Full Service" whereby staff or customers can pay for the coffee

Office Coffee Machine / Espresso machine

We supply a state of the art manual Colibri Lavazza espresso coffee vending machine serving cappuccino, long black, cafe latte and espresso from Lavazza Blue coffee pods including a hot chocolate.

The Colibri coffee vending machine is a modern office coffee machine, specifically developed for small to medium size locations, and offers innovative design and features not normally available in a coffee machine / espresso machine of this size. The machine is simple to use, due to the large direct selections buttons. With its compact size and good looks, Colibri can easily be located within the office. The machine differs from the automatic Colibtri espresso machine in that you can select your coffee pod / coffee capsule - strong, mild, decaf etc. The office coffee machine does not have a cup dropper so yuo can use your own paper or porcelain cup. You add your own sugar and stirrer.

You choose your Lavazza coffee pod / Lavazza coffee capsule, then manually place the pod / capsule in the pod drawer on the top and place your cup in the cup receptacle

The coffee pod system ensures that the freshest coffee is used for every cup. The coffee pods / coffee capsule are sealed in a pre-dosed single or double strength portions, allowing the best possible result in a quick, easy and clean way.

These coffee machines use a high quality powdered milk which is close in taste to fresh milk with out the associated cleaning and hygien problems of fresh milk. This results in this machine being very easy to use and with low maintenance and cleaning requirements. Great tasting coffee without the hassles.

How many drinks do I need drink to keep the LB2800"Free on loan vending machine"

You need to drink 250 drinks per month (63 drinks a week) which normally equates to purchasing $250 of consumables a month from us. . This works out to be about 13 coffees/ hot chocolates a day.

Can I keep the coffee machine if I drink less?

Yes, by paying a rental of $70 + GST per month - There is no ongoing contract and you can cancel anytime.

Can I swap to a smaller machine if we can't maintain the volume?

Yes, there is no penalty or cost to swap - We are happy to keep you as a customer.

Can I swap to a larger machine if we outgrow our current machine?

Yes, many of our customers operate more than one of the LB3200 machines or you can change to a higher volume machine.

What is the advantage of using a Lavazza Vending Machine rather than a normal bean to cup vending machine ?

The Lavazza machine is unique in that it uses a Lavazza coffee capsule which ensures every cup is always fresh. There is no oxidization of the beans which normally happens in bean to cup vending machines

Is this machine fully automatic?

Yes, - This is a one touch coffee solution. Press the button and you get your coffee, milk, stirrer. You need to place your cup under the spout and add your sugar.

Can this machine sit on a bench?

What if we do not have bench space?

This coffee vending machine can also be free standing and supplied on its on base

Does this coffee machine froth milk automatically ?

Yes, The machine uses a 100% powdered skim milk .

Is the milk powder low fat

The milk powder is uses a 100% powdered skim milk with no chemicals or additives. It is specially formulated to provide a great tasting drink .

What drinks does the machine produce?

Cafe Latte, Cappuccino, Long Black, Espresso , Macchiato and Hot Chocolate.

Does the machine require plumbing?

Normally it is preferred but we can supply a tanking kit

No, this machine plugs into normal 10AMP power point

Does the coffee vending machine take money?

Yes, if you wish to charge for drinks the machine can be set to accept a coin acceptor in the body of the machine or change giver in the base. It also accepts a coinless payment system

What if the machine stops working ?

We attempt initially to phone assist to rectify the problem, otherwise we send out a technician or send a replacement swap machine immediately so as minimise the down time without a coffee machine
